Some of our customers have noticed that the Coronavirus outbreak is starting to affect transit time for freight inbound from China, and potentially other overseas locations. If you have a shipment coming our way, here's what you can do to make sure we're ready to receive your goods quickly and without hiccups:

1. Reach out to your carrier to find out if there are going to be changes to the ETA. Some carriers are more proactive than others.
2. Update your Estimated Delivery Date by clicking "Add Note" on the Ship Notice.
3. Most of our facilities require a delivery appointment. Reach out to our Operations team, or have your carrier reach out to their facility contact, if you need to make changes to that date.
